The Works Indy – House Rules

Welcome to The Works Indy, a private men’s sauna and bathhouse for relaxation, connection, and fun. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow our house rules.

  • 18+ to enter with a valid government ID

  • Membership is required to enter

The Works Indy does not give any refunds and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

GENERAL CONDUCT

  1. Respect & Inclusivity – The Works Indy is a welcoming space for all body types, ages, and backgrounds. Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that makes others feel uncomfortable will not be tolerated.

  2. Consent & Boundaries – Always obtain consent before engaging with another guest. No means no, and all guests must respect personal boundaries.

  3. Personal Hygiene – Shower before using any wet areas (sauna, steam room, showers). Towels must be worn in common areas.

  4. Discretion & Privacy – Everyone has an expectation of privacy while at The Works Indy. Please be mindful and respect others at all times.

  5. Prostitution is Strictly Prohibited – Any form of solicitation for money, goods, or services in exchange for sexual activity is not allowed.

SAFETY & SEXUAL HEALTH

  1. Safer Sex Encouraged – The Works Indy encourages open and honest discussions about sexual health. Free condoms are available, and we provide free HIV/STI testing a few times a week (see [HERE] for schedule).

  2. Use of Facilities at Your Own Risk – The sauna, steam room, and other facilities are used at your own risk. The Works Indy is not liable for any loss, personal injury, or deaths resulting from misuse.

  3. Video Recording for Security Purposes – For security purposes only, video recording equipment is in limited use in some public areas.

FACILITY RULES

  1. Age Requirement – Entry is restricted to guests 18+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for admission.

  2. Towel & Locker Use – Guests must wear a towel in common areas. Lockers are provided for personal storage.

  3. No Outside Food or Beverages – For health and safety, outside food and drinks are not allowed. Vending options are available.

  4. Phone & Camera Restrictions – No photography, video recording, or phone use is permitted in common areas. Please store devices in your locker or room.

  5. Smoking & Vaping – Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

  6. Late & Lost Key Fees – Late return of rental items or lost keys will incur a fee. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before re-entry to the club.

SECURITY & LIABILITY

  1. Bag Searches – All bags will be searched by staff before entry. If contraband, drug paraphernalia, weapons, or alcohol are discovered, entry may be denied. Anyone refusing a bag search may also be denied entry.

  2. Zero-Tolerance Policy – This is a zero-tolerance club. The selling, possession, use, or solicitation of drugs, alcohol, open containers, weapons, or other contraband is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion and possible notification of law enforcement. Please report any illegal activity to the staff.

  3. Follow Staff Instructions – Guests must comply with all staff directives. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises.

  4. No Weapons or Prohibited Items – Weapons, illegal substances, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

  5. Causing Damage or Tampering with Club Property – Any act of vandalism, tampering, or intentional damage to club facilities or property is strictly prohibited and may result in removal and financial liability.

  6. Report Suspicious Behavior – If you notice anything concerning, immediately report it to a staff member.

  7. No Loitering in Hallways – Keep hallways and doorways clear for easy access and movement.

  8. Release of Liability – The Works Indy will be held harmless for any actions between consenting adults in this facility.

PRIVATE ROOMS & SUITES

  1. Room Rentals & Cleanliness – Rooms must be returned in the same condition they were provided. Any damage may result in additional fees.

  2. Time Limits – Room rental periods must be honored. Extensions are available at the front desk.

MEMBERSHIP & ENTRY POLICIES

  1. Membership Requirement – The Works Indy is a private club. First-time visitors must purchase a membership to gain entry.

  2. Right to Refuse Service – Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at its discretion.

ENFORCEMENT

By entering The Works Indy, you agree to follow all club rules listed above. Violating these rules may result in warnings, removal from the premises, suspension, or permanent banning.
